Ms. Agarwal is a B. Com graduate (Hons.) – Accounts and is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more than 5 years of experience in the field of Secretarial & Legal Compliances and Corporate Governance.

Monoranjan Roy

Mr. Roy was a Central Banker and former Assistant General Manager of Reserve Bank of India. He has worked with Reserve Bank of India for more than three decades, he has earned his Master’s in Commerce (First Class) from Calcutta University, and he is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accounts of India (AICWA). He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

Rajarshi Banerjee

Mr. Banerjee is a qualified Chartered Accountant (2017) and has graduated with B. Com (Hons.) – Accounts & Finance from Calcutta University. He worked as an Associate Trainee with Magma Group for nearly two years.

Dr. Swapan Kr Sinha

Dr. Sinha was awarded his Doctorate on the study of “Migrant Child labour” from Calcutta University , worked in RBI & NABARD for over three decades. He has a vast knowledge of the microfinance industry and extensive experience of training various stakeholders in the sector.

Amal Kumar Mapa

Mr. Mapa holds a post-graduate degree in Agricultural Science from Kalyani University. Joined as an officer in the United Bank of India and served there for 30 years. He has also associated himself in the social sector as an advisor to Sreema Mahila Samity and worked there for 17 years.

Ashok Bhuniya

Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhuyan  , has 12 years experience in Microfinance Industry. Starting his careers from “ BFIL Ltd” and afterwards in “ Satin Credit Care Limited ” . Now he looks after the operation of Central Zone of “ Janakalyan” as Zone In- Charge and reporting to General Manager( Ops)..

Nikita Sureka Roy

B.Com (H), ACS An associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce Graduate from The University of Calcutta, Nikita has 6 years of post qualification experience in the field of Secretarial and Compliances related to SEBI and Companies Act.

Mr. Palash Saha

Mr. Palash Saha, an accomplished professional in microfinance, hails from Dattapulia in Nadia, West Bengal. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Kalyani University and a Master’s degree from Bardhaman University.
Beginning his career in the construction sector, Mr. Saha transitioned to microfinance in 2011, where he held key leadership roles, including Zonal Head in Odisha by 2020. Since 2024, he has been serving as Operations Head at Janakalyan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., contributing to operational strategies aligned with Janakalyan’s commitment to financial inclusion.

Mr. Mousam Pal

Mr. Mousam Paul brings 17 years of rich experience in the microfinance sector to his role as Head of Inspection at Janakalyan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Over the years, he has held diverse responsibilities in organisations like ‘Sreema Mahila Samiti,’ excelling in Training and Development, Branch Expansion, and Operations.
A Commerce graduate from the University of Kalyani, Mr. Paul combines deep industry expertise with practical insights to ensure robust compliance and operational excellence. His leadership plays a pivotal role in driving Janakalyan’s commitment to financial inclusion and community development.

Mrs. Nitu Bhadra

With 18 years of experience in microfinance, Mrs. Nitu Bhadra is a leader at Janakalyan Financial Services. She started her career in 2006 with Sreema Mahila Samity, excelling in field operations and rising to Branch Head. Joining Janakalyan in 2017, she has become instrumental in shaping its HR strategies, focusing on people-centric policies and organisational growth.
Mrs. Bhadra holds a B.A. and M.A. from Rabindra Bharati University and a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from Symbiosis Institute. Her leadership aligns HR practices with business goals, driving cultural transformation and team development.

Mr. Anupam Manna

Mr. Anupam Manna, began his career in the microfinance sector over 13 years ago, starting with "Jagaran Microfin Private Limited". During his tenure there, he gained valuable experience and developed strong expertise in financial management within a short span of three years. 


In 2016, he joined Janakalyan as an Assistant Manager in the Finance and Accounts Department. Through his dedication, hard work, and in-depth knowledge, he earned his first promotion in 2021. Recognizing his continued contributions and leadership capabilities, the company promoted him to Chief Manager – Finance in 2024. Subsequently, in acknowledgment of his extensive experience and consistent performance, he was elevated to the position of Head of Finance.


Mr. Manna holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting from Calcutta University. He is also certified in the CIA (Certified Industrial Accountant) course from ICA and has completed a Certificate Course in Financial Accounting Analysis from IIM Bangalore. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA in Finance from NSOU.

He continues to serve the organization with dedication, bringing his expertise and commitment to excellence to his role as Head of Finance.

Mr. Dipankar Santra

With over a decade of experience in IT operations within the microfinance sector, Mr. Dipankar Santra serves as the IT & MIS Head at Janakalyan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. He began his career at Jagaran Microfin Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in the IT department, gaining hands-on expertise in systems management, network infrastructure, and end-user support. Joining Janakalyan in 2016, Mr. Santra has been pivotal in leading the organization’s technology initiatives — strengthening IT and MIS systems, ensuring data security, and supporting digital integration across departments. He holds B.A degree and has completed diplomas in IT Application, Computer Hardware & Networking. He is certified in CCNA & MCSA and currently pursuing an MBA. Mr. Santra’s leadership ensures that Janakalyan’s technology infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s long-term growth objectives
