The primary goal of training is to arouse curiosity in the mind of the trainees and to stimulate interest in the subject itself. Training is a goal-directed and organized procedure by which participants gain knowledge and learn skills for better performance. This method of training encourages employees to be responsible for the extent of learning they desire.
In the first place, we assess the need of the employees to learn to do their jobs well besides the routine Induction and Refresher training. TNA is the starting point of a training program.
Various training methods such as case studies, participatory discussion, role-play, brainstorming, Group Discussion, interactive methods, Games, action plan preparation and presentation, field visit, etc. are followed. A field visit is also arranged for the trainees. Unlike chalk and talk, the training is being done through group discussion and experience sharing.
While designing the training program, the broad topics to be covered are identified. Depending on the time available, the number of sessions per day is calculated. Finally, detailed session plans are made for each of the sessions.
